Independent Sample t_test

Jul 2019, 13:05I have run an independent sample t-Test and mean of two groups is very small and negative values apeeared. the valoes are -0,098 and 1,89 , i dont know why the values are very small and also negative. although my results are also insignificant, can anyone explain this.
